Yesterday the Vice chancellor and the Founder of Havilla university ,paid a courtesy call on the Cross river state commissioner for health Dr Henry Egbe Ayuk, on strategic partnership with agencies under his ministry . The hon commissioner pledged full Co-operation with HUNI .
