Havilla University, Nde-Ikom (HUNI) in Ikom Local Government Area is the first university, either private or state-owned, in the entire central and northern senatorial districts of Cross River State, Nigeria.

Havila University, sited on an expansive land at km 15 Ikom-Ogoja Road, in Nde, Ikom, is set to “bring a dynamic system of teaching, learning and research in a conducive and secure environment which shall be facilitated by state-of-the-art equipment, facilities and structures to aid in the modelling of world-class graduates who shall be competitive in content and character”, responsible for themselves, responsive to and respectful of others, intellectually, constructively, and socially ready to make a difference, keen on intellectual integrity, and Innovative and equipped for new and future challenges.
