POST-UTME/DIRECT ENTRY SCREENING OF CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION INTO HAVILLA UNIVERSITY FOR THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION
Havilla University invites suitable JAMB UTME candidates to apply for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise for admission into the University for the 2024/2025 Academic Session. Interested candidates should refer to the following information for guidance:
ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLICATION:
The following categories of JAMB UTME candidates are eligible to apply:
- Candidates who selected Havilla University as their first choice in the 2024/2025 JAMB UTME and scored a minimum of 140.
- Interested candidates who did not choose Havilla University as their first choice but wish to study in Havilla University and scored a minimum of 140 in the 2024/2025 JAMB UTME.
Note: Candidates in 1(2) above, must do a Change of Institution to Havilla University via any JAMB CBT centre and choose any of the programmes listed at the end of this document.
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
- Login to the portal www.havillauniversity.edu.ng/admission and click on the UTME/DE tab.
- Enter your correct JAMB registration number in the space provided.
- Click on login and follow the instructions to provide the information required and upload the necessary documents.
- Confirm your entries and CLICK ON SUBMIT.
Note: Submit a valid email address and personal phone number in your Application. Havilla University will not be responsible for any unsuccessful application as a result of invalid email address and telephone number.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE ONLINE APPLICATION:
- Digital Passport-size photograph (in JPG/PNG format)
- 2024 UTME Result Slip
- ‘O’ Level Result(s)
- B.Sc. /HND/ND/NCE Certificate (Direct Entry Candidates only)
- Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Origin
COMMENCEMENT OF ONLINE APPLICATION:
The Online application will be open from Monday 6th of August 2024 on our portal https://havillauniversity.edu.ng
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION:
The deadline for submission of application is 23rd of September 2024
POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE:
Successful candidates from the Post-UTME Screening Exercise will be contacted through email for documentation and other admission processes.
DISQUALIFICATION:
Candidates who make false declaration of UTME scores, Ordinary Level result grades (WAEC, NECO) as well as State of Origin shall not be considered for admission.
