HAVILLA UNIVERSITY STUDENTS’ WEEK & TALENT SHOWCASE

The first Havilla University Student Week, will surely remain a memorable event in the minds of the students for many years to come. The exciting Student Week held with a series of exciting events that were earmarked for the program. From an academic workshop to social gatherings, football matches, talk on career and life after HUNI, were some of the highlights of the Week. Just as the organizers, the Students Union Government (SUG) executive promised, the maiden Student Week was something for everyone to relish and participate.

The Week, which began on the 1st of July, with a workshop, was rounded off with a Thanksgiving church service on Sunday 7th July, 2024 at the beautiful HUNI Chapel of Glory.

During the Week, the students showcased different campus organizations, which allowed them to get involved and learn more about career goals and opportunities, including time for extracurricular activities.

According to Israel Ezekiel, the SUG President, Naomi Lishimilye (Vice President), and Arnold Agbor, PRO and Director of Socials, the Week, which also featured guest speakers, career development workshops and networking, was aimed at helping students further their academic professional goals.

In addition to the educational events, there were other fun-filled activities, including talent shows, sport competitions and a movie night.

Students’ Week is always a great opportunity for students to come together, have fun and make some lasting memories. The Havilla University campus is buzzing with excitement. Everyone is looking forward to a Week filled with new experiences and possible connections.

The Havilla University Student Week organizers have particularly worked tirelessly to create a memorable and inclusive experience for all students, inspiring them to learn, grow and connect with one another in new and meaningful ways.
