PROF. SAMUEL TITA WARA, the Vice-Chancellor Havilla University, Nde-Ikom (HUNI), has been appointed the 2022 mentor for the Africa Prize Mentoring Programme of the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK. A letter by Gemma Colier, Programme Officer, International Entrepreneurship for the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK, said the appointment would see Prof Wara, a professor of Energy & Power Systems/ Energy Management consultant, mentor Adekoyejo Ifeoluwapo (Koye) Kuye, who co-created the Coldbox Store, a solar-powered, walk-in refrigeration solution and distribution centre for fruit, vegetable and meat produce sold by farmers and under-served communities with poor infrastructure.
